Custom Product Policy

Because all LinJack FC products are entirely custom-made, cut, and printed via full-sublimation specifically for each team, custom orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

This policy applies to all customized items including:

• Player names & numbers

• Team logos, crests, and badges

• Sponsor logos 

• Personalized team colorways

As these products are uniquely manufactured exclusively for your squad, they cannot be restocked, altered, or resold to other customers.

 

Production Errors & Quality Issues

We take great pride in our craftsmanship. However, if your order arrives with any of the following issues caused by our production team:

• Incorrect customization that doesn't match your approved Team Order Form

• Major manufacturing defects (e.g., fabric tears, broken stitching)

• Significant printing errors or color bleeding

• Products damaged upon delivery

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@linjackfc.com with clear photos of the affected kits alongside your original order details.

If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, we will not argue or drag out the process. LinJack FC will prioritize your club and provide an immediate solution, which may include:

• Rushing a 100% free replacement product to your hand via express shipping

• Partial refund for minor acceptable discrepancies

• Full refund in verified and approved cases
