LinJack FC is proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all qualifying team kit orders (minimum order of 5 sets) to our customers across North America. Every package is shipped using reliable international air cargo networks and trusted local carriers to ensure your gear arrives directly at your doorstep with zero hidden delivery fees.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
Because every single jersey, short, and sock is handmade, cut, and printed from scratch via our advanced sublimation process, your delivery window is divided into two distinct phases:
• Production Time: 5 to 7 business days (This begins the moment you give final approval on our 2D digital design mockup and complete your payment).
• Shipping Time: 10 to 15 business days via our standard international air freight channels.
• Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your completed team kits to arrive within 17 to 20 business days from the date of final design approval.

Please note: Production and transit times are estimates and may vary during peak sports seasons, international holidays (such as the Lunar New Year holiday season), or unexpected carrier peak volumes.
Roster Additions & Re-Orders Shipping
For team managers utilizing our Lifetime Re-Order Benefit (adding new players mid-season with our 2-piece minimum requirement), re-orders are also eligible for Free Standard Shipping. However, because small packages under 10 sets require individual handling through custom international channels, please allow the same standard 10-15 business days for delivery. We highly recommend ordering a "Spare Kit" with your initial bulk order to avoid mid-season waiting times.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Disclaimer
LinJack FC covers all standard transportation costs to your delivery address. However, please be advised that any import duties, customs clearance fees, or local sales taxes imposed by your destination country's government (including US Customs and Border Protection or Canada Border Services Agency) are the sole responsibility of the customer or recipient. LinJack FC has no control over these government charges and cannot predict their exact amounts.
Shipment Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once your team's order has cleared quality control and is handed over to our shipping carriers, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your international tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
LinJack FC is not legally liable for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, severe weather disruptions, or delays resulting from random local customs inspections. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local postal carrier or delivery hub directly before reaching out to our support team.
