Because all LINJACK PROMO products are custom-made specifically for each team, custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

This policy applies to customized items including:

As these products are made exclusively for each customer, they cannot be restocked or resold.

If an order arrives with:

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details.

 

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by LINJACK PROMO, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

• Replacement products

• Partial refund

• Full refund (in approved cases)

As custom products are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections unless the delivered products do not match the approved order specifications.
